Perfect start of the third USA Tour of the Bruckner Orchester Linz. The celebration of Philip Glass' 80th birthday and the world premiere of his Symphony Nr.11 was more than successful.

On January 31st Philip Glass celebrated his 80th birthday in the sold out Carnegie Hall. The Bruckner Orchester Linz performed under Dennis Russell Davies the world premiere of Glass' Symphony No. 11, Days and Nights in Rocinha and Ifé: Three Yorùbá Songs starring Angélique Kidjjo.
